On 22 August 2012 Lavan Legal presented its inaugural webinar to over 50 participants on the topic “Priorities under the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cth)”. The webinar was presented by Special Counsel Jim O’Donovan and Associate Daniel Butler, who both work within Lavan Legal’s Commercial Advice and Litigation Group.

2012 Rottnest Channel Swim – Lavan Legal Charity Challenge
Congratulations to the Bondi Vet and Rescue Team who, in the amazing time of 4.38.52, were the winners of the Lavan Legal Charity Challenge in the 2012 Rottnest Channel Swim. Congratulations to all Rotto swimmers and a special mention to our own two teams, Lavan Legal and Lavan Lethal, you all made us very proud.
