Shelley Gepp is a special counsel in Lavan’s Restructuring & Insolvency team.

Shelley specialises in recovery, restructuring and insolvency across a broad range of industries including construction, mining and agriculture.

She has acted for major Australian financial institutions and insolvency practitioners, as well as company directors, debtors and creditors.

She has over 15 years experience in debt recovery, security review and enforcement, and all forms of external administration, including involvement in complex litigation in the Supreme and Federal Courts.
