Jack Hely is an associate in Lavan’s Property & Leasing team.

Jack’s primary area of focus is on acquisitions and disposals concerning commercial, retail and agricultural property.  Jack has assisted clients in a wide array of transactions, ranging from standard real estate purchases to matters featuring complex structuring between multiple parties.

He frequently assists clients with initial transaction planning and entity structuring, throughout the contract negotiation and signing process and through to settlement.

Jack is also experienced in leasing matters and has assisted clients with the negotiation and preparation of commercial and retail leases as standalone items and as part of wider transactions.
