Kristy Yeoh is special counsel in Lavan’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group.

Kristy has extensive experience in advising and managing the disputes of private and government clients in relation to large scale and complex contractual, construction, property, banking, corporate, defamation, insurance and debt recovery disputes at District Court, Supreme Court and Federal Court levels.

Kristy  provides strategic, commercial and solution focused advice to her clients in order to resolve complex disputes while taking into consideration the business needs and interests of her clients.

Kristy also has experience in Royal Commissions of Inquiry and investigations and has a strong interest in alternative dispute resolution processes, including representing clients at mediation and during the negotiation stages of litigation.
