Tamara's practice has a focus on development of and investment in real estate and complex structured transactions.
Tamara specialises in the acquisition and disposal of property assets, due diligence, subdivisions, development, development agreements and joint ventures and complex leasing. Tamara has a depth of knowledge in all classes of real estate.
She has a commercial pragmatic approach and is solutions focused. Tamara is recognised for her experience in complex and strategic projects for leading property developers and Government.
In 2008, Tamara was the winner of the Property Council of Australia’s Young Achiever of the Year award. Tamara was awarded the UDIA WA & Frasers Property Women in Leadership Award 2017.
