About the Role

We are looking for a self-motivated and adaptable People & Culture Adviser to join our team on a 12-month contract.

Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, this role has a strong focus on recruitment across all levels in the firm and is a great opportunity to build or expand on your generalist P&C experience in a dynamic, professional services environment.

This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced recruiter to gain generalist experience, or a P&C professional to build their skillset in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinating and conducting recruitment activities across the firm for legal and non-legal roles.

  • Supporting the People & Culture Manager with activities and initiatives relating to the full employee lifecycle.

  • Providing support, advice and guidance to supervisors and teams.

  • Managing general P&C queries.

The position is ideally full-time with options to discuss other flexible or reduced hours.             

About You

As a HR professional, you are adept and confident in stakeholder management and managing recruitment activities across various levels. You enjoy working with others and can easily build professional relationships to achieve outcomes across the employee lifecycle.

You will have:

  • Previous recruitment and/or generalist HR experience (min 2 – 5 years).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills.

  • High attention to detail.

  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills.

  • Ability to be flexible and embrace change.
