About the Role

We are seeking ambitious and commercial lawyers with 5+ years’ post admission legal experience to join our growing Aged Care, Seniors Living & Disability Practice team.

The Aged Care, Seniors Living and Disability sectors are all navigating significant change and reform agendas arising out of the complexities of evolving community expectations and population ageing. Our clients (large, small, private and not-for-profit) are disability providers, aged care providers and seniors living operators. They need smart, adaptable, agile, commercial lawyers who understand their sectors and can help them navigate the challenging environments they operate in.

These roles will focus on sales and acquisitions, property development and other commercial transactions. Support will be provided to develop the technical regulatory skills required to work in these sectors.

These roles present an opportunity for the right individuals to develop a practice and brand in a growing market with the support of a highly regarded partner invested in their success.

About You

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals with a particular drive to work on some of the greatest social and economic challenges of our time.

You will bring with you experience in Property, Commercial or Corporate M&A work and be ready to focus your career in the Aged Care, Seniors Living and Disability sectors. Further to the relevant legal experience, you will also have:

  • Interest in business development and attending events;
  • A desire to learn and continuously improve themselves;
  • Strong attention to detail and technical skills;
  • Strong work ethic with a commitment to excellence; and
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
