Millie Richmond-Scott is a partner in Lavan’s Restructuring & Insolvency team.
Millie has significant experience acting in complex, high profile and high‐value matters. She advises and represents clients in various forums and jurisdictions, with a particular focus on disputes that are resolved before the superior Courts of Western Australia.
Millie has built a particular speciality advising on disputes arising in the energy and resources, mining, construction and infrastructure sectors. Millie’s expertise also extends to corporate disputes and advice on corporate governance issues.
A successful litigator and advocate, Millie has appeared as Counsel for her clients, and she regularly engages and works alongside pre-eminent Silk.
