Mark specialises in insolvency, reconstruction and commercial litigation, offering his broad range of experience and practical, focused advice to commercial clients across the banking and finance, resources, property, mining, building and construction sectors.
Having acted for major Australian financial institutions, administrators, liquidators, receivers, company directors, and a broad range of corporate clients, Mark has cultivated a depth of experience in complex commercial litigation and all aspects of insolvency and reconstruction work.
Mark has significant experience assisting with receiverships, liquidations, administrations, DOCAs, public examinations, lease disputes, mortgage and PPSA issues, DPNs and related ATO proceedings, contractual disputes, debt recovery, and the review and enforcement of securities. He also regularly assists clients with complex issues relating to insolvent trusts, criminal property confiscation matters, subpoenas, FOI requests, freezing orders, liquor licensing, statutory demands, winding up applications and regulatory compliance.
