Mandee-Jean de Reus is a special counsel in Lavan’s Restructuring & Insolvency team.
Mandee advises clients in respect of corporate and personal insolvency matters.
She also has extensive experience in debt recovery matters and has acted for Commonwealth government agencies in this area.
Mandee is an experienced advocate, having represented clients in the Federal Court and Federal Circuit Court of Australia as well as Western Australian State Courts and the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.
