Amanda Soh is a senior associate in Lavan’s Restructuring & Insolvency team.
Amanda has extensive experience in contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters. She often provides advice to insolvency practitioners, financiers and companies in relation to receivership, voluntary administration, liquidation and distressed investments.
Amanda also has a broad range of experience in large and complex litigation in the Federal Court of Australia and Supreme Court of Western Australia in both the General Division and the Court of Appeal.
Prior to joining Lavan, Amanda worked for a NSX listed company as an assistant accountant and a boutique finance firm (holder of an Australian Financial Service License) as an assistant to the compliance officer.
