Carlyn Tan is an associate in Lavan’s Restructuring & Insolvency team.
Carlyn has experience in advising clients on complex financial distress matters. She has assisted clients with the development and execution of turnaround strategies, as well as navigating formal insolvency processes such as voluntary administrations, liquidations, and deeds of company arrangements.
Carlyn also has experience in litigation related to restructuring and insolvency, including contested court applications under the Corporations Act. She has provided assistance on matters before both state and federal courts, including the Supreme Court of Western Australia, the Federal Court of Australia, and various lower courts, offering comprehensive support in complex legal proceedings across multiple jurisdictions.
