Aleksa Kovacevic is an associate in Lavan’s Restructuring & Insolvency team.
Aleksa has experience working in a variety of corporate and commercial matters, including the development of turnaround and restructuring strategies, project finances and contested court applications under Part 5.3A of the Corporations Act.
Aleksa has primarily assisted, advised and facilitated financiers across serval various commercial transactions and has a keen interest in arbitrations, and energy & resources disputes and transactions.
