Claudie Hughes is a special counsel in Lavan’s Property & Leasing Team.
Claudie practices in all areas of commercial property including acquisitions, disposals, land subdivisions, leases, mortgagee in possession/receivership disposals, property financing and other general commercial matters relating to land transactions.
Claudie’s areas of expertise are medium-high density developments and complex Western Australia strata matters.
Prior to joining Lavan in 2019, Claudie practiced in large commercial firms in both Ireland and Australia.
