Emily Byrne is an associate in Lavan’s Family Law team.
Emily has practised exclusively in Family Law since her admission to practice in 2022.
Emily has experience working on a variety of property and parenting matters. Emily has a particular interest in Financial Agreements and property matters involving complex corporate structures, valuations, business assets and accounting and taxation issues. Emily also has experience advising on a broad range of parenting matters.
Prior to commencing her legal career, Emily was a Senior Associate in the Deals (Transaction and Value Advisory) team at PwC, Australia’s largest professional services firm. During her four years at PwC, Emily built strong commercial skills working on a broad range of transaction and valuation related engagements for both private and ASX listed clients.
