Jordan Grapsas

Jordan Grapsas is a special counsel in Lavan’s Deals team.

Jordan has advised on a wide range of corporate transactions, with a focus on private and public mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings (placements, entitlement issues, share purchase plans) and ASX Listing Rules and JORC compliance.

Jordan has experience acting for directors and executives in relation to corporate governance and corporate strategy and has worked with large, medium and small corporates, managed investment schemes, incorporated associations and not-for-profit organisations.

Jordan is valued by clients and colleagues for his commercial and pragmatic approach to transactions.
