Kevin is regarded as one of Western Australia’s leading commercial litigators, with an enviable track record of notable casework spanning more than 35 years.
Kevin’s dispute resolution practice includes running large ICC and ICSID arbitrations in Australia and the Asia Pacific as well as managing large mining, resources, energy and infrastructure sector disputes for national and global companies.
As a successful litigator, Kevin has appeared in all Western Australian Federal Courts and tribunals on matters of legal and administrative review. He has appeared as both advocate and instructing solicitor in international arbitrations and has worked with leading barristers on multi-jurisdictional complex matters.
Kevin works with clients in both regional and international jurisdictions. His client base includes mining and resource companies, contracting companies, consulting and professional services firms, national and state government departments, insurance companies and high net worth individuals.
